When Andrea founded Horizon Care Services, she saw a critical gap in home healthcare. Families needed more than assistance for a parent or loved one. They needed thoughtful, dependable care that protected dignity, encouraged independence, and considered the whole person. Andrea created Horizon to provide the level of care she believed every family should be able to expect.
More than two decades spent caring for older adults gave Andrea an intimate understanding of aging and quality of life. She saw how strength, mobility, confidence, connection, and a sense of personal wellbeing shape the way people experience every stage of life. She also learned that the best outcomes do not begin only when someone becomes ill or needs assistance. They begin earlier, with prevention, consistency, and the decision to care for the body before its needs become urgent.
As Andrea entered a new chapter in her own life, she began asking the same questions for herself that she had always asked for her clients: What does it mean to feel truly well? How can we support the body as it changes? How can we preserve vitality, confidence, and quality of life for as long as possible?
L’Ateleir grew from those questions.
It is not a departure from Andrea’s work in healthcare. It is a natural extension of it. Horizon helps people continue living well as their care needs change. L’Ateleir helps people invest in their wellbeing earlier, using medically guided care, science-backed technology, and personalized treatment plans to support the skin, body, metabolism, circulation, and overall sense of vitality.
Andrea created L’Ateleir for people who want more than a temporary treatment or a quick cosmetic fix. She envisioned a place where aesthetics and wellness are considered together, where every recommendation begins with listening, and where clients are cared for as individuals rather than moved through a menu of procedures.
At its heart, L’Ateleir reflects the same passion that has guided Andrea throughout her career: helping people feel better, live more confidently, and experience the highest possible quality of life.

L’Ateleir operates under a licensed Florida medical director who sets our treatment protocols, oversees our clinical care and reviews the medicine practiced here. Every medical service, including anything prescribed, is evaluated and supervised by a physician.

Over the past nine-plus years, Cintia has built a career spanning both medical and emergency medicine care, with more than eight years dedicated to aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
